Refund policy

Q1) What is the return window for a received product?
A. You have 14 days, starting the day after you receive your package, to send your order back.

Q2) Do you offer free returns?
A. Our returns aren’t free; you’ll be charged the shipping fee for the return of your order.

Q3) How and where do I return an item?
A. Email us at love@victoriachangs.com with your order number and return reason, and we’ll send you a return label. Pack your item in its original packaging, seal it securely, attach the label clearly, we will share return details over email. 

Q4) When will I receive my refund?
A. Once our inspection team confirms the product qualifies for a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the item. 

Q5) What are the eligibility requirements for receiving a refund?
A. The product must be returned, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and certificate. Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and approved through our inspection process.

Q6) What are the eligibility requirements for receiving a refund?
A. If your product does not meet our refund eligibility criteria, we will keep the product. Victoria Changs reserves the right to determine the refund amount based on the product’s condition.

Q7) Is there a fee if the GIA certificate is missing?
A. If the order is missing its original certificate, a $100 certificate replacement fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Q8) Where should I send a defective, damaged, or incorrect product?
A. Email us at love@victoriachangs.com with your order number, defective, damaged, or incorrect product pictures, and we’ll send an email with the return process. Pack your item in its original packaging, seal it securely, attach the label clearly, and send it to our address as mentioned in our email.

Q9) I purchased a ring. Can I return or exchange it if it doesn’t fit?
A. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on rings that are engraved just for you. However, if it’s not engraved, we may be able to resize a non-eternity band up to three sizes (either up or down). If you have any concerns about your ring, please contact us at love@victoriachangs.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
